Latoya Jones
🥇 Meet the Administrators 🥇
This is LaToya. She is my late brother Sam's widow, as all of you know. Her daughter, my niece Sarafina will be leading our creative content department and she'll be responsible for the future look of Kniche Llc. (I'll get my nephew eventually was well. Haven't unlocked that stage yet. Child labor laws...)
Latoya may not look the part, but she is a Lt. in the US Navy. She's also a degree away from a doctorate. So yeah, a Marvel comics level heroine, with all the real life courage, strength of will, and tenacity that entails.
A year ago, I saw her lose her lifelong best friend to cancer. Some would agree that she lost him twice. And in the midst of that heartbreak I saw her transform her entire world in just a couple weeks. I did NOT see her cry, complain, ask for help, or make excuses. I don't think I've ever seen anyone - man or woman - move with so much purpose and integrity while their whole world was crashing down around them. She made it look easy.
She brings to Kniche that fierce independence, that quiet steadfast resolve and solidity, and the unrivaled creativity and vivacity only found in children raised in a happy home.
She also brings that fresh perspective from the other side of the tracks. Maori by culture, she taught me the word Ohana (Google it), a culture that will be the foundational cornerstone of this company.
If you aren't friends with her, you should be. She's loyal, empathetic, a great listener with a fascinating mind full of quick wit and a very acute focus on family values. And, like the rest of us, she's proof that God's children are still here doing God's work.
